Fever- 4days, fatigue,chills,body pain.

Asked for Male, 29 Years

I'm having fever (102) for 4 days. I already had fever a month back. I was admitted in a renowned hospital for 5 days and the doctors took almost all fever tests but everything turned up negative. Even blood cultures didn't find any organisms. I was ok after IV antibiotics for 5 days. Now after 3 weeks I got fever. Feeling ok after Dolo but again getting fever after 3hrs. While I get fever I get chillness also. I don't have cold, motion problems. I really don't know what could be the cause.
