We all need to understand that all of us have our own brains and every brain has accumulated its own opinions for thr past so many years.. People commenting or critising is their opinion, that's all.. It's upto us whether to get serious about it , Or, if required, to reflect that I can bring in few changes in my communication or behaviour. To overcome this Anxiety, do Consult a psychological Counselor..
