Fatigue/Weight Problem/Skin Problems
Hi, Lately I'm feeling more tired than usual(can be work stress). Energy levels are down, even if I run a little bit legs immediately starts aching. I gained some weight lately though like to say my eat habit is inadequate and sometimes feel I intake sugar more than required. Any suggestion to put myself out from this dull situation. Also, I'm having some skin rashes near my neck and an itchy scalp.
