This is post Covid syndrome where a patient continues to experience fatigue, lethargy, shortness of breath on exertion and a consistent feeling of being not well. And it is very common specially in young patients who seldom find time to take rest. This should get over in another 1-2 months. But it is advised to take Vit D3 , B12 and Calcium supplements in consultation with a physician.
