Fatigue/drowsy
I am feeling very week and drowsy even after a good sleep. Feeling weight on sides of head. Body pain is also there. I don't have diabetes or blood pressure. This weakness will worse when I do little heavy work. What could be issue?

Thyroid profile  and CBP need to be done as to know whether there's any thyroid problem or anemia (low Hb) . Any 1 of them will lead to  weakness & drowsy

Assessment of b12 t3t4tsh, mg advisable. Till than polybion lc 10 ml after dinner. Tab magnesium glycinate550 one at night. For three weeks.
