You can go for the medicine it's antidepressants.
Better you go with
Clonazepam 0.5 one at night.
Or combination of quitipine25 + clonazepam 0.5 two weeks.

Generally its advisable to avoid coffee and tea atleast 4-6 hours before bedtime. This helps in better sleep onset.
You can take the mentioned tablet along with tea also. But i would suggest you avoid tea 4-6 hours before sleep time
