Hi You should have explained duration and type of pain After fall from bike and chest injury, most of the times pain will arise from muscles So adequate rest is important And pain killers like paracetamol or aceclofenac is required for 3 to 5 days If you have any difficulty in breathing also, consult a physician and get a chest x-ray done and ruleout other internal injuries
