External Piles issue since 5-6 years
My wife is having piles problem since last many years which is very painful for her. There is no bleeding but she is not able to sit due external swelling.

1) Eat more fruits, vegetables and whole grains
2) Apply ANOMEX SUPPOSITORY for pain relief and comfort
3) syrup LOOZ 10gm. One TSF before bed for softening the stool.
4) Soak anal area in plain warm water 10 to 15 minutes two to three times a day
