Escitalopram
My psychiatrist prescribed 15mg daily night and          I am taking it from last one month. And one year back the psychiatrist prescribed 7.5 mg mirtazepam for sleep I didn't take it for more than 10 days because it was gaining weight. Today I have a fever and severe headache for sleep. For only today can I mirtazepam 7.5 mg with escitalopram

Hi both mirtazapine and escitalopram are antidepressants.. no need to take both. Escitalopram can cause insomnia in some.. try taking it in the morning. Fever and headache if don't subside consult a physician.

Not advisable to take mirtazapine.. you need to consult general physician to rule out possible reasons for fever and get treated first.

Mirtaz will not help with sleep, headache, insomnia Kindly don’t self medicate
