Alternative of mitrazapine 15mg
I've been taking escitalopram 20 mg, mirtazapine 15 mg, and clonazepam 0.5 mg after dinner and 0.25mg after breakfast as prescribed for MDD, panic disorder for the past month. While my mood symptoms have improved somewhat, I'm experiencing persistent body pain and noticeable weight gain. As an active woman, this is impacting my quality of life. Any alternative of mitrazapine 15mg?

Hi Thank you for taking help from a psychiatrist. I can understand your problem and situation. You should decrease your Mirtazapine dose from 15 mg to 7.5mg. so it will help you to manage your weight. If you are in olanzapine then it also causes weight gain and body pain. I need further details for it. You can add tablet Desvenlafaxine ER 50mg in the morning. It will help you to deal with body pain as well as anxiety issues. Please do blood reports like CBC,RBS,Thyroid profile, Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D3. Learn to do breathing exercises and relaxation. I hope that you get your answer. Please let me know if you need some help. Thank you
