You need a tropine test when you are having pain. After that the test will become negative within 2-3 days.

Nothing suggestive of is ischemia in ecg,no need of trop T if your TMT was normal last week..but need evaluation for the arm pain-musculoskeletal or referred
Next Steps
Pain aggravated and relieving factors?,similar history in past?Lipid levels, any tenderness, exercise status ,any diurnal variation

Trop I is not needed , your ecg is normal . More over any change which was significant would have been picked up by a stress test/ treadmill ecg test . As both are normal , not to worry. It seems likely to be musculoskeletal, correlates with your age . Cardiac chest pain being unlikely . Consult if any further clarification .

It’s a normal EKG. It’s nothing to do with your heart. Most likely musculoskeletal pain.

ECG is normal,  if TMT is normal,  cardiac problem is unlikely.  But if you are anxious you can get cardiac troponins and bnp done Take Tab flexon m.r one every 8hours for 5 days, after meals for pain relief. .
