It is a normal one. The notches maybe due to abnormal placement of of ecg leads. As your age is around 33 years no need to worry.

Normal it is . Can you specifically point about the “ notches” that you have asked for ? Need to know why you can taken a ECG? Routine health check up or - 1)Whether you are having any symptoms like chest pain or palpitations or sweating ? 2)Whether you are having diabetes or hypertension or family history of coronary heart disease or elevated triglyceride levels ? 3)Have you done a Troponin I test ? 4)Whether your chest pain is typical - like -central, pressure-like or squeezing pain that may radiate to the left arm, neck, or jaw, triggered by exertion or stress and relieved by rest or nitrates ?
