  4. Dry cough, no fever. Suggestions?

Dry cough, no fever
Have dry cough almost from a month. No home remedies helped so far. It aggravates when I talk and sensitive to smells and dust. Itches the throat. Mornings are fine. By evening, it gets worse. Any medication suggestions?
