Dne&Fol endscopy- Please help
Reports attached. History: Cervical lymphnopathy since 3 years. No fever,sweating, weight loss etc. Blood reports are normal. Investigation: Fnac was reactive,MRI & Usg done ( all normal expect some nodes) Been to oncologist,ENT& Surgeon and all said nodes are not clinically significant as it is palpable and no other related issues. Today been to ENT again and he did Done& Fol ( reports attached FYR) Ent told me reports are normal but he asked me to visit him after 3 month so I'm bit tensed. Kindly let me know is this reports are normal or not or do I need to worry about it and follow up is required or not? Please help me...God bless you all

Dear patient Your worry is about cervical lymphadenopaty, with normal reports.I have gone the reports and I assure you nothing to worry. Periodic infections and inflammation may cause regional lymphadenopathy.All serious conditions are excluded byinvestigations reports.so be calm and cool.once the lymph nodes enlarge they may not disappear completely.
Next Steps
No medicine at present, to repeat reports after 3months or if any specific symptom develop.
