Are you on some regular medication? Avoid standing for long  time continuously or sitting with legs dangling down. Avoid standing up suddenly from sitting position. Take more fluids ,particularly salty ones. Take tab cinnarizine 25mg one every morning and evening for a week. Get ecg and cardiac echo done to exclude any cardiac cause for low b.p.
