Dizziness after fever

My husband had fever and body pain two days back..now his fever and body pain is gone.. Now he is feeling dizzy whenever he is getting up from bed...pls tel me urgently what should i do for his dizziness...

Hello , Might be due to a variety of reasons ! 1) he might have lost a lot of fluids due to the fever ! In that case he might be suffering from dyselectrolytemia . Kindly consider giving him ors along with plenty of fluids orally . 2) he might be developing BPPV which is a benign and very common condition causing vertigo ! You can try tab vertin 16 three times daily for 7 days to see if the symptoms persists ! If yes then further evaluation will be necessary
