You have an active infection which must be not subsiding by your antibiotic medications. You must have to wait for 5 days Take Paracetamol 500mg tablet for 5 days three times a day, and take tablet pantoprazole 40 mg once a day in the morning. Wait for 5 days. Till then you have to galle with salt and water distilled. Don't take more antibiotics because it may be viral but after you have took antibiotics and not resting for 3 days it have gone to bacterial infection. You must rest for 3 days atleast. After 3 days you can reply or message me.

Antibiotics  cure current infection,  but do not prevent reinfection. If immunity is low, one is vulnerable to repeated infections. In your case, seems bacterial throat infection. Take tab augmentin 625mg one morning and one evening for 5 days. Tab mondeslor one morning and one evening for 5 days. Tab combiflam one every 8 hours for 3 days, after meals. Tusq dx cough syp 5m.l every 8hours for 5 days. Tab celin 500mg one morning and one evening for 15 days, do gargles with povidone solution. Adopt a healthy life style.

suggests bacterial infection, more in favor of acute throat infection rather than typhoid History of recurrent symptoms after stopping meds -  likely partially treated bacterial pharyngitis or chronic tonsillitis
Next Steps
Investigations: Throat examination (tonsils, exudate) CRP Throat swab culture Blood culture (only if high persistent fever) Treatment (if bacterial suspected): - Tab Amoxicillin-Clavulanate 625 mg – BD × 5–7 days (or Azithromycin 500 mg OD × 3–5 days if penicillin allergy) - Tab Paracetamol 500 mg – SOS for fever Warm saline gargles
Health Tips
- Always complete full antibiotic course (don’t stop early) - If fever >7 days, abdominal symptoms, or no response - re-evaluate for typhoid (blood culture best)

Next Steps
Recurrent fever and throat pain over 15 days, despite temporary relief from medication, suggests a Persistent Oropharyngeal Infection. Clinically, this pattern often indicates that the initial antibiotic course was either too short, the dosage was inadequate, or the bacteria is partially resistant to the previous medicine. Alternatively, if the pain is severe while swallowing, we must rule out Infectious Mononucleosis (Viral) or a peritonsillar abscess (Quinsy), where a simple course of antibiotics might not be enough to resolve the inflammation completely."
Health Tips
Salt Water Gargles: Continue warm saline gargles 3–4 times a day. This helps in 'Osmotic Clearance,' physically pulling the fluid out of inflamed tissues and reducing pain naturally. Hydration & Soft Diet: Avoid spicy, oily, or very hot foods which can further irritate the throat lining. Stick to lukewarm soups and plenty of water to keep the mucous membranes hydrated.

You are having a mild infection as per your report. If you also have a cold, difficulty in swallowing food or water along with your symptoms then it might be a case of sore throat but I don't know the details of your condition so kindly share your full history so I can properly diagnose the disease.
