IGg positive means previously infected. You have to take some precautions- Proper hygiene is important. Avoid outside food also impure water. Hydration is very important. Take proteins, mineral rich diet.

IGg positivity means previous exposure to the infection but she may not be immune. Route of infection is feaco oral so personal hygiene is important, avoid drinking impure water, wash vegetables thoroughly with clean water. No dietry restrictions needed.
