Cut on heel of foot

Cut on heel of foot

So earlier I cut the heel of my foot. It really hurts and when I looked at it, it seemed like I had cut through the first thick layer of my heel. At the moment I have liquid bandage on it since regular bandaids wouldn't stick for too long. How can I heel it? I'd add a picture but I don't know how.
