Cramps all over my body,always weak

Ive been having this cramps all over my body and even my neck,jaw,numbness in my face,back pain and i always feel like im tired and there is times that its really hard to concentrate and i can feel my heart beat change a lot i cant even laugh so hard because when i do my heart slows down i fell weak and pain on the upper part of my stomach and its really hard to sleep and lost my job because of it i dont know if im really sick or axiety i took axiety medication for 6 months its been 1 year
