Cough with bulgum and Body pain in Night

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Hello Dr. I have been suffering with Cough and Body Pain on every night. I had taken Dolo 65 mg for fever and Body pain and Piriton for Cough from last 2 days . But I did not find any relief in my Condition.
