**Next Steps for Cough, Cold, Ear Blockage, and Headache:**  1. **Symptom Management:**     - **Nasal Decongestant:** Use saline nasal drops/spray or OTC decongestants (e.g., pseudoephedrine) to relieve nasal congestion and ear blockage.     - **Steam Inhalation:** Do steam inhalation 2–3 times daily to ease congestion and open the Eustachian tube (helps unblock the ear).     - **Pain Relief:** Take paracetamol (500 mg) every 6–8 hours for headache and body ache. Avoid self-medicating with antibiotics.     - **Hydration & Rest:** Drink warm fluids (ginger tea, soup) and rest adequately.  2. **When to Seek Immediate Care:**     - If fever >101°F persists beyond 3 days, ear pain worsens, or you notice hearing loss/yellow ear discharge (signs of ear infection).     - Green/yellow nasal mucus with facial pain (may indicate sinusitis).  **Word of Caution:**  - Avoid cold beverages, smoking, and dusty environments.  - Do not ignore persistent symptoms, as they could escalate without proper treatment.  **Consultation Offer:**  For a thorough evaluation and prescription tailored to your symptoms, I recommend a consultation.
