Constant throat pain,weakness

From last 4 days I am having constant throat pain,body ache. I am getting weak and my body starts shaking and sometimes I am feeling cold,I am heavy cough,also vomiting tendency

Hello when did looking so suffering from viral fever since all your symptoms seem like that..i suggest you to take Paracetamol 500mg thrice a day and also make sure that you drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water and take home cooked food ...meet a physician if symptoms persist for 2 days thank you
