Fever and body pain from past 4days. Medicine taken- Paracetamol 500 mgand antibiotic ciprofloxicin (04days course already done) but still fever continue

Are there any other symptoms apart from fever? Fever has lots of causes.  Need to localise the focus of infection by symptoms and examination. Need to get yourself examined followed by appropriate investigations.
