Dear Patient,  Your symptoms of cold, throat pain, fever, and sneezing suggest a viral or bacterial upper respiratory tract infection. While the prescribed medications (Amoxyclav, Cetirizine, and Paracetamol) may provide symptomatic relief, it is important to rule out other potential causes like malaria or streptococcal throat infection, as mentioned.  However, self-medication without a proper clinical evaluation can be risky. I strongly recommend a detailed consultation to assess your condition thoroughly, including a physical examination and any necessary tests. This will ensure accurate diagnosis and tailored treatment.  For further assistance, you can reach me directly on WhatsApp at **Eight Zero Zero Nine Eight Two One Three Three Two** to schedule an appointment or discuss your concerns.  Looking forward to helping you recover soon.
