Need more details,is it painful ? Since how long? Is he able to eat food.
If he is able to eat food pls consult your doctor for some vitamin prescription
If he is not been given deworming medicine you can get a prescription for that also

Zytee u can apply before 20-30 minutes before food , apply tiny amount. 3 times a day or else go for Smyle pure herbal one free of salicilates.

You could have attached a picture.
I'm assuming that it's a small ulcer. You can apply Zytee gel or other brand with similar composition over the ulcer about 30 min before meals.
It can be a viral infection too, specially if there are many such lesions.
