  4. Cold since month now. Spray pls suggest!

Hi doctor, I have cold since april 27th and i was a couple vid positive on april 25th and also 31 week pregnant now What to do for my cold its there since covid time and am using nasal spray everyday without that i cant sleep and am taking after my doctor permission but cold dint get stopped everyday i dont want to use nasal spray pls suggest
