Usually they subside slowly, spontaneously.  You can also  apply Acyclovir ointment  3 times daily over it, for 7 days.

The sores on your nose are most likely cold sores, which often appear after viral fever. They usually settle within 3 to 5 days. You may apply petroleum jelly to keep the area moist and take paracetamol if there is pain or discomfort.
Next Steps
1.Avoid touching or scratching the sores 2.Keep the area clean and dry 3.For proper guidance, please book a consultation so that I can review an image of the lesions and your medical details before advising specific antiviral or other medicines
Health Tips
1.Do not use steroid creams on the area 2.Seek urgent care if sores spread, worsen, or involve the eyes

Hi, please consult a physician to make sure if they are really cold sores as they are usually seen with a herpes infection. However, if you had a fever cough cold then you might have scratched/blowed your nose too much, causing them.
Next Steps
Avoid rubbing, scratching or blowing your nose or taking steam too much during a cold. Wait a few days if they aggravate, please consult a physician
