Cold fever and all body pain.

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I have cold fever & pain in all body from tomorrow night. But today I goes to medical store and take medicine...Pan 40 and Sine 100 mg...fever temperature is control but pain is not relief and cold. So please suggest a good medicine.
