Cold cough body pain with fever shiverin

Asked for Female, 37 Years

Hi dr..i have got bad cold cough and mild fever..due to that body pain. which is too much..taking dolo from last 2 days...but after 3-4 hours again body pain and little fever starts with some shivering.. feeling restless...please suggest.
