Cold cough and fever

Asked for Male, 28 Years

Hi all - I have cold cough and fever of about 99-100 degree C for the past couple of days. Have been taking crocin and relent. Lots of sputum being produced and released - should I visit a general physician and get some diagnostic tests done?
