Left lower lobe pneumonia.
Plenty of luckwarm water n liquid,
Light diet with least oil n ghee so as non spicy.
Tab cefexiurim200 two times a day after food for ten days.
Tab ZERODOLE SP Three times a day after food for seven days.
Omez d one in empty stomach for ten days.
Montek LC one at night.for ten days at least.
Apply hot water bag on left side.
Steam inhalation with Vicks or eucalyptus oil two times.
Nebulizer with duoline,n budecort respule two times a day.
