Hii Iam 24 years old female, iam having cold,cough and breastfeeding baby of 4 days, can I take citrizine tablet for relieving of symptoms?

Cetrizine is 2nd generation antihistamine Though it is not contraindicated in pregnancy and lactation,it's not advised for breastfeeding moms for babies less than a month as it may cause drowsiness and lethargy
