If sutures r coming out wound has healed as in ur case as its 20 days and as ur doctor has said absorbable sutures gets dissolved based the type of suture used so u neednt worry much.But if its disturbing u u can remove those too after consulting the doc no harm in it....

No need to worry The sutures will dissolve in time or fall out , depends on the type of suture(s) used. If at all they are long or hanging and the wound has healed as it should have by now , then they can be cut short or removed gently
