Fissurectomy and las done
I had a fissurectomy and LAS 6 days back . The doc gave me cremaffin that gave me loosemotions so moved Back to two spoons of softovac at. Bedtime . Motion is fine going twice in a day but it's consistency is not loose has a form . But pain and discomfort is there . Hope it's all ok to have some pain felt post the procedure . Having fat free diet and lots of water

Pain will be there till wound heals . Need to take care of wound hygiene . clean wound will made the  wound to heal fast . .

Mild pain is normal for a few days. Take pain medicines as prescribed. Pain will gradually reduce in 3–7 days Avoid straining during motion Hard stools can delay healing Mild bleeding or discharge is normal initially Clean area with water, avoid excessive wiping Keep the area clean and dry Avoid: Heavy lifting Prolonged sitting Strenuous exercise for 1–2 weeks

Drink 2.5–3 litres of water daily Do not suppress urge to pass stools Eat high-fiber foods Fruits like papaya, banana, apple and Vegetables
