Puss after Fissurectomy ,Sphincteretomy
I have undergone Fissurectomy and Sphincteretomy surgery 3 weeks back , Now there is a puss discharge coming from the Sphicteretomy wound Doctor has checked and asked to take antibiotics for 5 days and if still issue there then will check in OT under anethesia.
Is it some dressing which will be done or any cut they will be doing? Is it necessary to go to OT for this also why the wound is not healing after 1 month?
Really worried again the same pain and trauma

It’s difficult to say without examining. Wounds do take a long time to heal and discharge is quite normal as surgery is just done 3weeks ago.
