Recurrent anal fistuala without puss
I have experienced pain in the lower back near anal area on right side since February 2023. First went to a general surgeon in near by hospital & he found nothing in anal region during rectal digital exam, due to consistent pain colonoscopy done in march 2023. It shows all normal except 1 degree piles & minor fissure. Then i underwent laser fissurectomy & heamorrhoidoplasty. But pain worsens & took MRI after 1 month. It revealed 2 fistuala at 12 o clock & 6 o clock. No puss discharge, blind tracts. Ayurveda proctologist done tropis procedure ( trans rectal opening of intersphincteric spaces )but sfter 2 months pain continue in 12 o clock.. again dr performed tropis from 12 o clock to anterosuperior... pain continued and took 3 tesla mri.which showed formation of new track... Now Dr is of opinion that my recurrent fistualas is secondary with an ascending infection.. By seeing the reports another colorectal surgeon say it may be due to prostatitis.. I still have pain.. what to do next

Sir in my opinion as a surgeon . You need surgery for this! A simple removal of the intersphincteric region and replacement with graft or some interpositional graft will be enough.. but best is to consult a surgical gastroenterologist experienced in complex fistula surgery and get all the tracts removed.. this is beyond any ayurved or homeopath doctor. Don't waste time with them at this stage ...
