Penis foreskin issue
Hi Doctor, when i tried to retract my foreskin i found some outermost foreskin part turned pink and merged with the shaft by a tissue something. There is nothing visible when i don't retract it but visible after retracting as seen in attached images. Can any of you let me know the issue ?

According to the image , there is no such disease is visible.
It is the normal skin.
But you should keep penis clean and remove getly any whitish material(smegma).

That is pink and a continuation of your penile skin
The inner aspect is pink as it is a different type of epithelium (layer of skin)
