I have recently done a fissurectomy and posterior sphinteratomy after 20 days some times very little amount of blood is coming and some times burning sensation is coming

That’s completely okay. I would say 1. consider for seitz bath(with warm water). 2. Local application of CREMAGEL ointment and LIGNOCAINE 2% ointment three times a day.
