Chest tightness
Hi,
From 2days I feel chest tightness and sometimes pain.
I have Vitamin B12 & vitamin D deficiency.i take tablet for it. My total bilirubin is also 1.77.
I feel indigestion most of times. Kindly help
Can I take Pan 20 for few days.
