Chest Pain,left shoulder pain, headache

Asked for Female, 27 Years

Age:27,female.i hv chest Pain but not continuous,most of the time I hv pain in left shoulder mostly pin pricking kind.Get tired easily while doing light work,and also headache without any reason. Recent blood test: Cholesterol -361 mg/do,LDL-260 ESR-72mm/1st hr. TMT shows negative fr inducible ischemia but ECG shows :Sinus tachycardia,septal infract age undetermined. What could be possible reason?
