Chest Pain heaviness

Asked for Male, 28 Years

Hello sir Am having chest pain and heavy Ness since a 3 months coming and going. I visited physician done xray it's shows normal and used voveran tablet and rantac after using its sometime feel good later if stopped coming pain again in central chest bone. May I know what I can do now. can ecg find heart attack symptoms Pls. Advice am worrying Or Pls tempotary any good tablet suggest I will try
