Your ECG looks normal . Also no organic issue has been confirmed tih echo. Your palpitation and chest tightness could be due to acute panic disorder . So i can advise you but before that i would req relevant history from your side . So kindly consult on practo

need your proper history like 1)are these palpitations associated with episodic headaches ?? 2)what's the BP values during these palpitations ?? 3)is there any precipitating factor in your life which can trigger panic attack ?? 4)have you been gone through these same episodes in past?
