Chest pain and headache, stomach upset

Asked for Male, 28 Years

Generally after dinner, heavyness in stomach and pain in chest with muscular pain in left arm, have done Ecg and visited a cardiologist but he has suggested Sampraz 40 tablets but I am not having any relief with this, can anyone suggest what the problem is with my health.
