Sir I am having a chest discomfort especially in middle and right chest . The pain occurs when I cross my elbow to other direction otherwise I can't feel the pain. Iam having this problem for several months.
Note:I have done some intense physical excercise for months without proper knowledge so might be the cause of chest pain as it is more like chest ribs and muscle issue. I am also a smoker. But I have stop smoking for a week or two now I am confuse sir what might be a cause.
Iam also having neck and upper back pain too.
I you could advise it would be very helpful.
