Your CBC is normal, with very slight raised eosinophil count. Repeated nasal congestion, could signify you having mild /chronic sinusitis. Per se your chest tightness or breathing difficulty hasn't increased over a period of 3 mths and as it doesn't persist continually during the day, means u don't have any chronic lung pathology,as ur CXR is normal too.But yes few medications can help. Taking Montair Fx once at night, steam inhalation with Karvol & Otrivin nasal drops,if congestion is severe.
In Corona pts,or any other viral infection,CBC will show decreased TLC, and increased lymphocytes.
For ruling out allergic bronchitis , AEC (Absolute eosinophil count) & Serum Ig E is recommended.

Hello
Went thro your clinical history and CBC report.
Your CBC report shows a high eosinophil count
Nothing to worry about
If you have persistent shortness of breath, you need to start on inhaled bronchodilators and perhaps inhaled steroids as well
Its better that u consult a pulmonologist
