Since last 2 months i have been developing pigmentation like this in my oral mucosa(buccal + labial both), previously only pigmentation was there but recently since 2 weeks i felt that those pigmented area have become rough and when my upper set of teeth rubs on it it feels rough/dry, sometimes i get dry tongue too. My sugar is normal, Please see the cbc, plz help me why the lymphocytes are high and pcv is low, also basophils and monocytes are 0 :(. Please help me. I don't have any other symptoms apart from dry mouth(not mouth exactly but mucosal membranes). Please helpppppp
