1. Can I Go to Gym with 30% of vitamin D efficiency detected in my latest Hole Body checkup 2. But on my left hand(currently I don't have any kind of Pain )  So can I Go to the gym and do exercise  3. I want to increase my weight can you please suggest to us what to do

You can go but onl6 light exerc no weight  lifting. U must be on vitamin d3  supplement. Increase  dairy  products,  whey protein, eggs.
