Rejoining the gym
I used to go to gym earlier. But due to some tragic incidence i quit it and i was psychologically impacted. Did many heart related tests. Last time the tests were done in may, echo tmt and holter as per cardiologist every test was normal. Now i am thinking of rejoining the gym and want to get back the same muscle mass. But i remain worried of cardiac issue. I keep on feeling sudden rise in bpm. I can climb 4 fleet of stairs, can run 1 km easily. Please guide what to do. Bp remain 110/75

Should get a fitness from cardiologist regarding this. Also you didn’t mention what exactly the tragic incident was , i mean which cardiac issue you had .
