Hi, Whenever i go to the drs clinic i am diagnosed with a bp of 140/80..Can i do gym with basic weight lifting of 10 kg with this much Bp?Which exercises should i avoid?

Yes , but u should measure it post exercise regularly. Avoid heavyweight 10 plus kilos

Take bp measurement once after exercise, before exercise also . Don't bathe immediately after gym , wait to bp to settle down , then only go for bath
